For District Criminal or Circuit Criminal files and dispositions, contact the Montgomery County Circuit Clerk at the Phelps-Price Justice Center, 251 South Lawrence Street, Montgomery, AL 36104, (334) 832-1260. The clerk's counter is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
