It identifies the custodians of Montgomery County records, including the Sheriff's Records and Identification Office, the criminal courts, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, and the Alabama Sex Offender Registry. It may also link to outside research tools.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. You must not use data from this site or a linked tool to:

• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose
